Which tables does Easy PDR calculate with?
With two methods: the VFFS/ASEAI calculation table for hail damage repair 2025 and the Zurich Z calculation table 2024. VFFS and ASEAI are the same basis – the German and the French name of the same association. The technician chooses the method when creating the job, depending on the insurer or the client. Further methods, such as BVAT, are in preparation.
Is the calculation transparent?
Yes. For each panel you see the labour units per dent size, the mixing rule, surcharges and deductions; every line item is itemised in the PDF.
Does Easy PDR work on a phone?
Yes, Easy PDR is a web app and runs in any current browser on phone, tablet and PC. It can be installed on the home screen like an app.
Where is the data held?
On servers in Switzerland (Basel). Photos and PDFs are only delivered after an authorisation check.
Who sees which data?
Admins see everything within their own company. Technicians only see customers assigned to them and their own jobs. In the portal, customers only see their own jobs.
Can I send the report straight to the customer?
Yes, by email from within the job, with the PDF attached. Each send is recorded.
What does Easy PDR cost?
One subscription per company, tiered by the number of technicians. See Pricing. Free for 14 days.
Is there an invoicing function with QR invoices?
Yes, from the Team plan onwards: QR invoices to the Swiss QR Code standard, a combined invoice across several vehicles for the same customer, two-stage payment reminders and credit notes. Your existing number series can be carried on. Invoicing is not included in Starter.
