Features
Easy PDR covers the whole course of a hail damage job – from the first tap on a panel to the report reaching the customer.
Calculation
Two calculation tables are available: VFFS/ASEAI 2025 (dents up to 25 mm, 25–50 mm, over 50 mm with a factor of 1.5, mixed sizes 100 %/70 %, a 25 % surcharge for aluminium and as standard for roof rails and rear quarter panels, pre-pushing as a percentage deduction, preparation 10 LU) and the Zurich Z table 2024 (light up to 20 mm, medium 20–35 mm, the Z formula for mixed sizes, aluminium 25 %, combined repair −40 %, preparation 10 or 5 LU). Consumables at 5 % up to CHF 100, discount, removal work, VAT and the cap set by the conventional repair are all taken into account automatically. Further calculation methods, such as BVAT, are in preparation.
Vehicle diagram
14 panels as an exploded view (bonnet, front wings, doors, rear quarter panels, roof, roof rails, upper boot lid, tailgate). Colours show the status: calculated, pre-pushing, replacement. On a phone the entry form opens as a sheet from the bottom – usable with gloves on.
Photos
Take photos per panel or of the vehicle straight from the camera. Images are scaled down and re-encoded, and you decide for each photo whether it goes into the report.
PDF report and email
The report contains the customer, the vehicle (make, model, registration, VIN, colour, kilometres, keeper, insurer, claim number), labour units per panel, costs and the selected photos. Every version is stored. One click sends the report to the customer as an attachment – replies go straight to the technician.
Customers, technicians, assignments
The admin creates customers with an hourly rate and releases them to technicians for a period. Technicians only see assigned customers and their own jobs. Completed jobs can only be changed by the admin.
Customer portal
Customers (garages, fleets, insurers) get their own sign-in and see their jobs with a PDF download – with no access to any other data.
Invoices and statistics
The completed job becomes the invoice with a Swiss QR Code – a normal IBAN or a QR reference, so payments can be matched unambiguously. Your existing number series can be carried on (format, number of digits and the next number are configurable). On top of that: two-stage payment reminders, credit notes, free-standing invoices without a job, and the combined invoice, which puts several vehicles for the same customer on one document – one block per vehicle with the registration and the amount. Statistics show revenue, open and overdue amounts, discounts granted and the load per technician; each technician sees their own share. From the Team plan onwards.
Security
HTTPS, two-factor sign-in, lockout after failed attempts, roles checked on the server, files outside the web root, an audit log, hosting in Switzerland.
